3396271 - Derby DB is used for monitoring trend DB even after pointing it to Audit database (Sybase)

Symptom

  • Monitoring tables (MOT_) are not created automatically against the auditing database as expected.
  • Probes are throwing errors while enabling or disabling “Error Occured Disable Watch”, since it is not able to find the monitoring tables.
  • Data is showing in Admin Studio
  • But cannot see tables in the database 

  • Ran the following query through the query builder to check if the server is registered with MON.monitoring:

    Select SI_ME_NAME_CUID from CI_APPOBJECTS where SI_NAME = 'MON.Monitoring'
