3396283 - Schedule.end.year is not working while scheduling the recurring instances

Symptom

  • The "schedule.end.year" parameter in global.properties under Tomcat webapps customer folder is not working
  • Set the parameter "schedule.end.year" to "1", but still the schedule end date range can be selected post one year
