 What happened?
     Database error text: "SQL message: partition error: cannot determine partition

      BWP::SAPABAP1:/BIC/Bxxxxxxxxx1en. The table has no OTHERS part. Create a n"

• Checking upon the partition specification for the table and it shows like:

PARTITION BY HASH ("REQUEST","DATAPAKID","RECORD")
PARTITIONS 1, RANGE ("PARTNO") 
(PARTITION VALUE = '2') WITH PARAMETERS ('PARTNAMES'=('2'))

• The table does not have any record.
