Symptom
Request to send WhatsApp Opt in information to SAP Marketing Cloud but it is missing drop menu value for WhatsApp in CDC Dataflow.
Here is in usage hybrismarketing component to send the data to SAP Marketing Cloud. Under consent option, there is a drop down and WhatsApp value is missing there.
Query is to send WhatsApp Opt In details which are captured on Gigya/CDC form to SAP Marketing Cloud. There are captured Opt In details from customer to send WhatsApp message from SMC.
