Custom Navigations configured in Take action are not listed in groups and alphabetical order as per the new release enhancement in 2H 2023.

1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Custom Navigation.
2. Navigate to Employee Profile.
3. Click Take action.
4. Notice that custom navigations are not in alphabetic order.
