3396552 - Datasphere connection error with SAP SuccessFactors: "[LGN0008]Company XXX not found. Make sure you have entered the correct company ID. "

When validating SuccessFactors connection one of the errors appear: 

"Connection "XXX" couldn’t be established. - Data flows can't be used because of errors in the connection. - Replication flows are not supported. - Remote tables can't be used because of errors in the connection.

1. Data Flows: Cause: Invalid odata connection! Getting odata metadata failed because of <HTTP/1.1 401 > Get $metadata response: [LGN0008] Company XXX not found. Make sure you have entered the correct company ID. Please note that the company ID is case sensitive. [....]
2. Data Flows: Cause: Invalid odata connection! Getting odata metadata failed because of <HTTP/1.1 401 > Get $metadata response: [LGN0013] Authentication failed. We have prevented an attempted login from unauthorized ip: 3.220.18.255 to company ID: electranetT1 with username: SDS_SFP_USR (status code = 8). To authorize the login, add an in Admin Center > Company Settings > Password & Login Policy Settings > Set API Login
3. Data Flows: Cause: Invalid odata connection! Getting odata metadata failed because of <HTTP/1.1 401 > Get $metadata response: [LGN0015] - Incorrect username and password

Remote Tables: Unable to connect remote source: connection to api41.sapsf.com:443 returned status 401, Code: 5921, SQL State: HY000"

1. Go to the 'Connections' tab
2. Choose Success Factor's connection
3. Click 'Validate'

and error message will appear.

1. [LGN0008]. Verify if your SF company ID XXX is from the correct environment, the URL should be entered according to 2215682 - SuccessFactors API URLs and external IPs.
2. [LGN0013]. For the resolution follow our Help Portal: Set API Login Exceptions | SAP Help Portal
3. [LGN0015]. Credentials are wrong. Credentials needs to be the user generated in SF or password is wrong. For more information refer to Setup SFAPI User | SAP Help Portal
