3396553 - Permission Denied when Adding Competencies in Job Requisitions - JDM 1.0 - Recruiting Management

• When attempting to add competencies, a "Permission Denied" error message is displayed.
• Error: "Permission Denied. Check if you have the necessary permission to view this data. Please contact your administrator for assistance"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a Job Requisition.
2. Go to the Competencies field.
3. Click on "Add".
4. The "Permission Denied" error message appears.

The user does not have the necessary permission to access competency libraries.

To resolve this issue, the role-based permission "Manage Competencies and Skills -> Competency Libraries" needs to be enabled.
