3396556 - Message "Component & item & was already withdrawn" is not returned in APP "change maintenance order"

Symptom

When the component has already been posted goods issue, the user can still delete it from the APP "change maintenance order". You would like to have the message "Component & item & was already withdrawn" to prevent it from being deleted.
