3396564 - Cloud Connector Administrator UI is not accessible

Symptom

After installing and starting the Cloud Connector, the Administrator UI is not accessible.
The following error is displayed on the web browser:
"
No webpage was found for the web address: https://<host>:<port>/
HTTP ERROR 404.
"

The OS command 'service scc_demon status' command shows that SAP Cloud Connector Service has status - active (running).
