Symptom

  • You cancel a FO that is integrated with LBN.
  • The outbound XML message TransportationOrderCancellationRequest_Out is stuck in message monitor (SRT_MONI or SXI_MONITOR) due to below error:
    • javax.script.ScriptException: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: lbnOrderingPartyLbnId: null could not be retrieved from the inbound B2B message (/MessageHeader/SenderParty/StandardID[schemeAgencyID="310"])@ line 108 in SetMessageHeaderExchangePropertyPartnerDirectory.groovy
