3396628 - There is already a released cost estimate with costing variant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There are several ledgers.
When trying to make setting for Marking Allowance for material standard cost estimate, in the first step, it is allowed for one of the ledger (for example, ledger 0L), then the costing run is done and cost estimates is released.

Currently, it is noticed cost estimate for ledger 2L is still not created, and need to allow the same variant/version for ledger 2L.
Got error for example "There is already a released cost estimate with costing variant PPC1".
