You are unable to find the Price in in Service Quotes, but the same is available in Service Orders.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Orders - Service Quotes
- Select and edit the Service Quote ABC (ABC represents the Service Quote ID)
- Under Personalize mode, the Price In field is not available.
Cause
In Service Order document the field is dynamic and the label is based on the "Price In" radio box. But currently the Service Quote screen is static and therefore there is no option for "Price In".
Resolution
Currently this is a system behavior.
An alternative option may be to check the SAP Customer Influence Platform to submit an idea.
