Symptom

  • See error while initiating Onboarding from Recruiting, but Onboarding activity can be created and found in Work Queue.
  • Error Message: Unable to initiate onboarding process. [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- Database update failed.]
  • If try to initiate Onboarding again, error will occur again and a second Onboarding activity will be triggered in Work Queue.
