• Error Message: Unable to initiate onboarding process. [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- Database update failed.]
• If try to initiate Onboarding again, error will occur again and a second Onboarding activity will be triggered in Work Queue.

2. See error: Unable to initiate onboarding process. [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- Database update failed.]
3. Open Onboarding 1.0 Work Queue >> Onboarding activity is triggered for candidate
4. Initiate Onboarding from Recruiting again
5. See the same error again
6. Open Onboarding 1.0 Work Queue >> a second Onboarding activity is triggered for candidate
