  • Below error appears when trying to publish a web intelligence document to repository from web intelligence rich client tool:

    "Internal error ("GC overhead limit exceeded (max heap: 1024 MB)")"
  • Below error appears while trying to refresh the report from Web Intelligence Rich Client Tool:

    "Resource is not reachable: gc overhead limit exceeded (max heap: 1024 MB) : unexpected exception while calling the SL Service"
