3396908 - Group information is not transported to the target tenant when using the content network method in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Group information in dimensions in the model does not get transported from one system to another when using content network in SAP Analytics Cloud.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Login to SAC.
2. Follow the procedure on the following page: Transport Your Private Content Through Content Network Storage | SAP Analytics Cloud Help Portal
3. Access the target tenant.
4. Import the content you exported.
5. Open the model.
6. Notice that the group information has not been transported and is missing in the model.

Data column was not selected while exporting the content.

• Select the 'Data' checkbox while exporting the content.
• By default, Data column is not pre-selected. You can manually select the data checkbox to include the data of any object as per your need.
• Selecting the Data checkbox in export listing page adds the data of the parent as well as dependencies.
