3396937 - SAC welcome email has wrong login link.

Users are receiving incorrect login link in the welcome email after activating SAML.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21.4.

1. Open the URL received in the welcome email.
2. Notice that the URL is incorrect.

Configuration done in the tenant.

• The URL is not incorrect. This is due to the configuration done in the System -> Administration -> System Configuration page for Reverse Proxy Host.
• Custom URLs are utilized if you provide them. If that parameter is removed or left empty, "PUBLIC_FQDN" will be utilized by default.
