3397067 - IBP - Planning Start / Lead time not respected during planning run, and Planning element is one day in the past or ahead

Symptom

  • Planning start job = TODAY.
  • There are planned elements with request/planned date = YESTERDAY in Projected Stock App.
  • The Location has a different time zone from the time zone selected for the Planning Start.

Example:

Planning start = 12/20/2030, 00:00:00 UTC

New order has Request date = 12/19/2030

Or,

  • Transportation lane Lead time + Location Good Receipts = 0 days.
  • The Stock transfer element in target location is one day ahead or in the past from the source location.
  • The locations have different time zones.
