3397145 - IAS User Login Fails with Password Change Prompt

• IAS tenant user login fails with password change prompt. However, when you try to change it, the following error message displays:

         "You have chosen an email address that is not allowed. Please choose a different one and try again."

• Use "Forgot Password" option to request new credentials, but it fails with an error:

         "attribute mail is in the exclude list"
