3397179 - IP Filter Sets are not taking effect because of incorrect format

Accessing an endpoint from an IP that is included in the whitelist got "403: The server did not authorize the request."

In Kibana, found error logs like:

E1020 10:47:22.596088       7 controller.go:848] Error reading/parsing IP filtering set bg4jutcm5l file for endpoint api: ["line 1 length (65) is greater than allowed maximum (50)"]

Download the IP Filter Sets in question from Commerce Cloud and open it in Vi or Vim, the whole content is in one line with many ^M like: 35.226.147.47/32^M35.184.21.159/32^M35.227.1.184/32^M35.227.1.185/32^M
