Header row/banner disappears if you scroll on the Profile Page using the arrows on the keyboard or tab button.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to a users profile 
2. Click on the page 
3. User the arrow keys to scroll down a little 
4. Use the tab key to navigate through a few options on the page
5. Then scroll back up using the arrow keys 
6. In 2H 2023 the top global header is missing 
7. In 1H 2023 the top global header remains correctly

A fix for this issue is confirmed via patch MS2311p2 (27-Nov-23 in Preview and 30-Nov-23 in Production).
