  • Application error happens once user is trying to save New Hire Data Review step for candidates.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. login as Onboarding Responsible user;
  2. Click on New Hire Data Review task, try to submit;
  3. Error occurred: Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact Product Support, if the problem persists.

Cause

Missing permission for Employee Emergency Contact details.

Resolution

Give the permission for Employee Data in the New Hire Data Review Permission role: Employee data > Emergency Contacts Information view/edit permission
