Answer: 20MB per file.

2. How many files are allowed to attach per ticket?

Answer: 5 files per request. Users can add 5 more with every request. For example: Every time they edit a ticket.

3. Where do the attachments store in the system?

Answer: All attachments and conversations are stored in C4C.
