Symptom
when I go to proxy management and use 'find user', search for a user, select the user by clicking next to their name and then click 'Select User', their name doesn't appear on the assigment screen.

Resolution
our internal ENG team were able to isolate and are working on a fix (code WEF-131211) that is scheduled for Nov 9, 2023. Please note the patch deployment will run through to Nov 10, 2023.
