3397581 - Unable to see label of field Source of Record in Table report - Employee Central

While reporting on the field "Source of Record" in table report, field returns only the option ID of the picklist, and not the label.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Configure the Field "sourceOfRecord" in employmentInfo under Manage Business Configuration
2. Go to Reports Center 
3. Create a Table report, selecting, for example, type "Person and Employment Info(As of Date)"
4. Select column "Employment Details Source of Record"
5. Generate report and see that the value displayed is the option ID, not the label.

This is the designed behavior.

Option ID is the only value available for this field in Table report. It is not planned to adjust this behavior and display the label.
