3397587 - Text Field (description) is not getting updated for custom characteristics in KE24 created in KEA5

Symptom

The long text (description) is not populating for some characteristics in KE24N report. 

This Characteristics are getting fetched from material classification tab.

The custom field(s) have been created in transaction code KEA5 only (and NOT in the CFD app nor SCFD_EUI).
