SAP HANA Cloud offers 4 performance classes with different core to memory ratios, be default it's using "Memory" flavor with vCPU/ Memory ratio of 1:16.
Above flavor does not meet your business scenario any more, you would like to add more vCPU but keep the memory size( or reduce the memory, but keep vCPU number).
