3397685 - All the users of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) get Email Notification after a user requests file access through SAC Catalog

• Access request notification would either go to System Admin user, or the Owner of the Catalog tile but all the users in tenant receives a Email Notification after a user requests file access through SAC Catalog
• Is there any way to restrict the notification only to Admins and owners

1. Open catalog items.
2. Request for access.
3. Email notification is triggered to random users irrespective of the roles assigned to them.

• According to SAC help guide, when someone publishes content to the catalog, they can choose whether or not to grant Read access. If they don't grant access, users will need to request access to the content before they can open it. Those access requests will be sent to the system administrators, who will need to approve or deny those requests.
• “System administrators” not only includes the default BI Admin and Admin roles, and but also users who have the Manage permission for Public Files and Private Files.

• Workaround: Disable notification by referring to SAC help guide .
• There is an ongoing influence request for admin level option to disable the settings for File Access Request Email Notifications.
