Symptom

Provisioning users with Identity Provisioning (IPS) to Identity Authentication fails.

In the job log, the following error message is displayed:

error=org.apache.camel.http.base.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking <url>
with statusCode: 400, Response: User could not be updated.Password is in password history.,
