3397893 - Planned Working Time Feature Export Does not Contain all Rows

Symptom

When exporting Planned Working Time, only the rows displayed on view on the UI are downloaded

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite 2311
Employee Central Timesheet

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Time Off Workbench
  • Planned Working Time
  • View data
  • Export

It only exports the rows displayed on screen and not all rows that should be fetched from the employee record.

Cause

Expected System Behaviour

Resolution

  • The system will only fetch the rows that are visible on the UI for export.
    • Click on "More" to view more rows then download there after.
    • To download all records click on "More" until all records are revealed, then export.
