3398080 - Release of returns 'With Credit Memo' Button Greyed Out

You Release a Customer Return and notice that the 'With Credit Memo' Button is Greyed Out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Orders Work Center.
2. Go to Returns View.
3. Search for and Select Return XYZ (XYZ represents the Return ID).
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Release (To see Dropdown options).
6. You will see that 'With Credit Memo' Option is greyed out.

The reason that the customer can not see the option is because the Invoice Requests have already been created for this return.

The customer can see the Invoice requests via the Customer invoicing Work Center and Invoice Requests View.
