3398139 - IAG - Provisioning Report shows 'Failed' for SAC due to E-mail Address Already in Use for Another User

Symptom

When running the Provisioning Report for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the status is showing as 'Failed.'  As the example below:

  • "Failed to create entity. HTTP operation failed invoking https://SAC_HOSTNAME.REGION_HOST.hcs.cloud.sap/api/v1/scim/Users with statusCode: 409 and response: {\"status\":409,\"message\":\"Email address is already used for 'USER_NAME'\"}","status":409}
