3398150 - RF Internal Movements with error messages: "Product requires serial numbers; enter the serial numbers" and "SN collection is not allowed" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

When the "05 Create and Confirm Adhoc Product WT" option is selected in the Test RF Environment APP, you encounter the error message: "E: Product requires serial numbers; enter the serial numbers(/SCWM/RF_DE256)."

Subsequently, when clicking on the "SNo" button to input the Serial Number, another error message is generated, stating: "W: SN collection is not allowed(/SCWM/RF_EN151)."
