3398176 - Customizing in "Runtime Config.ID" does not work when restarting messages in AIF

Symptom

Set values in "Message Per Package" and "Message Per Run" in a customer Runtime Config.ID which set in T-code /AIF/PERS_CGR and assign the Runtime Config.ID to "/CFINCF" via IMG->Assign AIF Runtime Configuration Group to Replication Object.

When run start via AIF, generated jobs does not follow the customizing in Runtime Config.ID.
