3398176 - Customizing in "Runtime Config.ID" does not work when restarting messages in AIF

Symptom

• Messages restarted via AIF do not follow the customized "Message Per Package" and "Message Per Run" values maintained in Runtime Config.ID. 
• Runtime Config.ID is set in T-code /AIF/PERS_CGR and assigned to "/CFINCF" via IMG->Assign AIF Runtime Configuration Group to Replication Object, but the restart still uses different values. 
• Restarting 100 messages results in 1 RUN job and 5 package jobs, indicating standard configuration is applied.
