1. Logged in to the  instance .

2. Go to Search View Pending request.

3. Noticed that there is a gray boarder background is added

Horizon Background color and content container height.

Engineering team confirmed this issue is going to be addressed as part of Patch 2311p5 deployed on Nov 20th 2023 in preview environments;
