Symptom

New feature is not working Enhanced Pension Handling Using Job Information with Same Employment : When we inserted job history record to with data change event and event reason having terminated status, the retired employee status remain unchanged.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Job Information

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to job history of a terminated user.
  2. Insert new record-> Use Event Reason which has Event 'Data Change' & Employee Status as 'Terminated'.
  3. Observe that employee status remains 'Retired' instead of 'Terminated'.

Resolution

  • Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
