Symptom
Settings for activating the Prediction of Service Parts have been updated in Customizing according with the help documentation "Prediction of Service Parts and Service Duration"
- Activate prediction for the relevant item categories.
- Define the minimum number of data records that must exist in the database for prediction to take place for an item.
- Specify Minimum Number of Data Records Required for Prediction.
Although of all prerequisites have been performed, the functionality Prediction of Service Part doesn't work. System sends the message "Service parts could not be predicted"
