3398586 - MIGMON (SWPM) failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run /<sapinst_instdir>/R3load - Internal Error (Cannot resolve java.home).

Symptom

System copy or installation of AS ABAP System failed in Database export/import phase using Software Provisioning Manager (SAP Note: 1680045).

export_monitor.log or import_monintor.log contain following error:

ERROR: <timestamp> com.sap.inst.migmon.LoadTask run
Unloading of '<package_name>' export package is interrupted with exception.
java.io.IOException: Cannot run /<sapinst_instdir>/R3load - Internal Error (Cannot resolve java.home).
