3398607 - Outbound Delivery Split needs to be restricted to avoid creation of new documents in ERP/S4

• Split deliveries have been created and processed in ERP or S/4HANA after creating separate Outbound Deliveries in SAP EWM. Example:
  • For items with zero quantity and for non-zero items where Goods Issue is posted. 
• Requirement is to forbid delivery splits completely, so the whole process is using a single document.
