3398621 - Issue with accessing WFA PreProd from Home dropdown

Accessing WFA PreProd environment from SuccessFactors Home dropdown menu, as recommended in Making navigation seamless for WFA Preview Users, displays the WFA Password Reset Screen.

1. Configure WFA PreProd access via 'Custom Navigation Link' as recommended in Workforce Analytics Direct Login to Integrated Login 
2. Login to SuccessFactors
3. From the Home dropdown, click on the newly created 'Custom Navigation Link'
4. The first time, WFA webpage would open
5. Close the browse tab and click on the ''Custom Navigation Link' again
6. The new window will open to 'WFA Password Reset' screen

This is a product defect.

There are two workarounds:

1. Close the Browser and re-login to SF and click on 'Custom Navigation Link'.
2. Rather than closing the WFA browser tab, click on Admin > Logout. This will end the existing WFA Session and clicking on 'Custom Navigation Link' will re-launch WFA.

Permanent fix for the issue is (tentatively) planned for Dec 14th 2023.
