3398667 - Error When Changing Move-Out Date

Symptom

When changing the move-out date, you face the following error:

Move-out ABC on <date> has already been entered for contract XYZ

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the work center Utilities, and the view Premise.
  2. Open a premise.
  3. Click Change Move-Out.
  4. Make the required changes and click Save.

Cause

There was a change in the move-out process which involved changes in both C4C and S4/R3 code.

The C4C changes are available to the customer from 2311 release by default. But for the whole changes to work, the S4/R3 code changes also needs to be implemented in your system. 

Resolution

Please implement the following note in your S4 system:

3386358 - Not able to cancel the edited move-out date
