SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
When converting a story from classic to unified type (ODE), a measure is missing in the converted dashboard. Instead of showing the correct value, it is showing nothing.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.16.10
Reproducing the Issue
- Access a classic story that includes a chart/table using the affected measure.
- From the File menu, select Save > Convert to Optimized Design Experience.
- Notice that, in the converted story, the table/chart is not showing the correct value for the measure, instead it's showing no value.
Cause
The prompt variables are not migrating correctly to Optimized mode.
Resolution
The fix would be available in the 2023 QRC4 update.
