Import job fails with the error message:

• Data Acquisition service is currently unavailable. Error Code : 1023

SAP Analytics Cloud (Entreprise) 2023.16.14

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud tenant
2. Access the model based
3. Go to Data Management workspace
4. Select the affected job
5. Note that the Data Timeline shows the error message: Data Acquisition service is currently unavailable. Error Code : 1023.

• The issue may be caused due to Data Acquisition being down or by a network timeout between the SAP Analytics Cloud application and the backend service.

• The issue can be investigated by developer team.
• Please create a support case under the LOD-ANA-AQU component and mention this KBA.
