3398999 - Error message "Univ. Allocation PA Act. Assm." is not allowed in Fiori App F3548

Symptom

Costs allocations from cost center to COPA using Manage Allocations (F3338), while executing the cycle with test run in APP F3548, it runs all fine with no errors reported, however, when running in update mode, it gives a below error message:

"Univ. Allocation PA Act. Assm." is not allowed.
