3399017 - upload media failed for specific catalog version in WCMS cockpit

Symptom

Upload media failed for specific catalog version in WCMS cockpit.

1. It shows a error message "Unable to save media! Identifier and catalog version must be unique, please choose another identifier and/or catalog version value." in popup window.

2. After enable debug log for class de.hybris.platform.cockpit.wizards.generic.DefaultGenericItemMandatoryPageController, following errors can also be seen in logs.

de.hybris.platform.cockpit.services.values.ValueHandlerException: User doesn't have write permission to selected catalog version
