3399044 - WAF rules on environment/endpoint blocking incoming traffic

Symptom

Incoming traffic to selected hostname is failing due to 429 issue.

Issue is displayed in browser or as a returned status for API calls towards environment/endpoint.

For both cases, below error log will be visible in application logs:

ModSecurity: Access denied with code 429 (phase 1). Match of "beginsWith /mt_error/" against "REQUEST_URI" required. [file "/usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf"] [line "XX"] [id "XXX"] [hostname <hostname>],

where hostname is direct reference to related endpoint.
