3399095 - Inbound IP address change of Converged Cloud Frankfurt DC for SAP Cloud for Customer

Background

There is a change in Inbound IP address for the customers who are using the OData and other 3^rd party integrations like webservices/APIs and they need to update their whitelisting list in their integrations in-order to continue the service.

Note: This change applies for the customer who are in CCEE FRA DC and having their Integrations with C4C tenants and hard-coded the below IP addresses in their whitelisting.

This change is applicable only to your production URL’s.

Action Required

If you have third party integrations like web services/APIs and OData in your SAP Cloud for Customer tenant and whitelisted the below existing IP addresses, then you may be required to update the whitelisting IP’s with the new IP addresses.

However, there is no change in the IP ranges for both Inbound and Outbound IP’s and it remains same, kindly refer the KBA #3193919 - IP Address Ranges for Cloud for Customer Data Centers

What changes or adoption are required from customer side?

As described already, you need to take action based on the CDN configuration of your tenant.

• C4C URL's that are Akamai IPA enabled or Non-Akamai: This change is applicable to you, and you need to update the IP’s as mentioned above.

• How to identify your SAP Cloud for Customer tenant’s Integration is whitelisted?

Please check if you have maintained the inbound IP’s of C4C in your integration scenario’s and replace them with the new IP addresses.

• Does this IP change is only for CCEE Frankfurt DC?

Yes, this change is only applies for CCEE Frankfurt DC and other DC’s remains unchanged as per the KBA #3193919 - IP Address Ranges for Cloud for Customer Data Centers.
