3399380 - Test connection of IBP WebSocket RFC datastore fails with "SSSLERR_SSL_READ : SAPCRYPTO:SSL_read() failed. Could not start TLS Session" - SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services

Symptom

The following error occurs after pressing the 'Connection Test' button on IBP datastore with webRFC connection configured:

Test failed for the default configuration '<Configuration name>' of datastore: '<Datastore name>':
Cannot connect to SAP Applications datastore <> using host <IBP system URL>, client <100>, user <>, and system number <01: CRFC error: RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE- SSSLERR_SSL_READ : SAPCRYPTO:SSL_read() failed. Could not start TLS Session[SAP Partner]>. Please make sure the SAP server is running and the login information is correct.
