3399449 - It is not possible to edit or duplicate Story report after enabling "Inline translation"

Cannot duplicate any story report which has inline translation. You can try to edit and duplicate them in the source language but nothing happens.

1. Login to the system and duplicate a report which has inline translation applied and then refresh the page.
2. Check in My reports and All reports , the duplicated report is not present.
