3399765 - The error "Item xx: Mandatory List Price missing for the price calculation" is displayed in a Over-the-Counter Sales

You notice that the Over-the-Counter Sale is with status as "Inconsistent" and when opening the document the error "Item xx: Mandatory List Price missing for the price calculation" is displayed in the UI (User Interface).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Over-the-Counter Sales Work Centers.
2. Go to the Over-the-Counter Sales View.
3. In the search field, search for the Over-the-Counter Sale ID ABC (ABC represents the Over-the-Counter Sale).
4. Open, Select View All.

The following errors are displayed in the UI:
Item xx: Mandatory List Price missing for the price calculation (KBA: 3147367)

In addition, a Customer Invoice has already been generated for the Over-the-Counter Sale ID ABC.

A valid List Price has not being maintained in the payload for the creation of Over-the Counter Sales ABC in the system, which resulted in document being created with status Inconsistent.

As a Customer Invoice has already been released in the system for the Over-the Counter Sales, It is not possible to correct the values in the Over-the-Counter Sales documents (also not via the backend).
In this case in order to correct this scenario it would be necessary to roll back the process and cancel the Over-the-Counter Sales documents ABC and create a new one either manually or via the web service but with the List Price of the Items properly maintained in payload.
