Bullet chart threshold ranges don't align evenly with each other given the same ranges

The difference in the data point is too large for the threshold to me similar with one another.

1. Open Story

2. Select the Threshold Chart

3. Open the Builder Tab

4. Under Color Tab, select Threshold Options, then Edit Ranges...

5. Adjust the upper bound of the unaligned threshold by increasing the number
